Dusty's Sprinklers has always prioritized the health of its employees and customers alike. In the interest of our employees and company, we plan to continue working as long as it is practical and safe. Given our industry, we do have limited contact with others and/or large groups while working outdoors.
We plan to start the majority of our Spring install work in April as soon as the weather cooperates. We will screen all employees as they arrive to work. Employees exhibiting any signs of sickness will be sent home (fever, cough, shortness of breath, or subjective feelings of being unwell). We are also reminding employees of proper hand washing procedures, how to properly cough/sneeze, as well as other precautionary measures. Employees sent home may not return to work until they are symptom free for at least 24 hours (without the use of fever reducing medication). Dusty's will continue scheduling start up services starting mid-April. If customers are not able to turn on their sprinkler water valve (sometimes indoors) we will still assist if customers choose. If a Dusty's employee is asked to enter a customer's residence; they will take precautions and limit contact to only the necessary sprinkler components. If customers desire, we will postpone start up services. It is in everyone's best interest to remain calm and have a reliable source for information. The CDC has published information and updates here: www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV With that said, please limit your visits to the office. We are available by phone, email, and text as listed below. Please contact us if you have any questions. Have you been thinking about starting a summer project? Dusty's can provide you with a free estimate for sprinkler installation, sod, or landscaping. Call us today!
Have you ever shut off your sprinkler system when rain is in the forecast, or while it is raining? A rain sensor could do that for you! Most rain-sensing devices work by accumulating a set amount of rainfall before a switch is activated that interrupts the circuit from the controller and shuts off the system. In that “accumulation time”, the system will unnecessarily continue to water.
This can look especially bad for conservation-conscious municipalities, businesses, and residences. With built-in Quick Response technology, the Hunter Rain-Clik and Wireless Rain-Clik can command a controller to shut off right when it starts to rain. The Rain-Clik can be mounted on an eave or any flat vertical surface like a wall or fence. A gutter mount is also available that allows for easy installation of the Rain-Clik on the edge of a gutter. Contact us for more information or to get an estimate today! We are excited to share with you that we have recently partnered with EnerBank to offer financing to our customers!
Here are some of the reasons EnerBank’s unsecured home improvement loans make sense:
We are currently offering two options: a 12-Month Same-As-Cash loan and a 6.99% 7-Year loan (listed below). Please feel free to call or email if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule an estimate for an upcoming project. Thank you for choosing Dusty's Sprinklers! There is potential for concerning low temperatures over the weekend. Here are some options that could prevent freezes in your sprinkler system.
If you are unable to perform any of the above steps, and you would like Dusty’s Sprinklers staff to assist you, please contact us immediately. Although we cannot predict the weather, and we are unsure if systems will freeze, the forecast for Sunday night does cause us concern. Please feel free to call, email, or stop by the office if you have any questions. |
